Permanent Staff With c. 7 million potential employees on our database, and excellent networking we are able to offer a wide range of personnel to suit your needs. With our own Job Board and extensive advertising on over 225 websites, we can reach a wide section of the market and find what you are looking for.
What do we charge? Our Flat fee, No Placement, No Fee policy means that you can be sure that unless we find you exactly what you are looking for you won’t have to pay anything. Our standard fee is 15% for permanent placements, however, if you have a number of vacancies you need to fill, or regularly recruit throughout the year, then we can negotiate further on this rate.
Contract Staff Whether you are looking for 3, 6, 9 or 12 month contract staff, we can help you. For whatever reason you need extra staff - for maternity leave, seasonal extra help or any other reason, you can be sure of quality and service from our teams. This is an extremely cost effective option and is based on our permanent fee, proportionate for the length of time you need the candidate for. A free transfer is also automatically offered after 12 months if you decide to take on the candidate permanently!
Temporary Staff If you are looking for temporary staff, for however long or for whatever type of position, we can assist you! With our own internal payroll system we have full control of our temporary payroll - without any factoring or other complications that a lot of agencies use! We also use our own e-timesheets and e-payslips ensuring less waste and less impact on the environment, whilst giving a quality and speedy service to our clients and temps. We are therefore able to offer very competitive rates. For a more specific quotation just ask!
